Chocolate-Covered Cherry Protein Shake

Hey girl!


Today, I want to share with you a favorite recipe that I've been making on repeat lately! Enjoy!


🍫🍒 Chocolate-Covered Cherry Protein Shake 🥤✨


serves 1



⭐️ antioxidants from the cherries and cacao

⭐️ magnesium from cacao for relaxation and replenishment

⭐️ sodium from the salt that provides more electrolytes & flavor

⭐️ protein, carbs, and healthy fats for blood sugar balance and energy

⭐️ vitamin C and fiber from the cherries


This is my favorite protein shake that I've made so far! I threw this combination of ingredients into the blender one day and have loved it since!


I've been making it almost daily as it's so easy, filling, portable, and packed with nutrition! I love the thick, milk-shake-like consistency that is decadent and is delicious! Check out my YouTube video below where I show you how to make this shake! It's the perfect on-the-go breakfast! 🚙


I get the coconut milk from Walmart on the international aisle and the cacao from the baking aisle. Then, I get the frozen cherries, almond butter, and maple syrup from Costco for amazing prices and quantity! The vanilla, I order from Thrive Market, or Trader Joe's has great organic vanilla too! Lastly, my favorite protein powder is this Be Well by Kelly brand! She is a health coach and has formulated this protein powder to have very simple and quality ingredients without any additives or preservatives.


For other flavor variations, you could swap out the chocolate protein for a vanilla protein, switch up the cherries for another favorite frozen fruit, and take out the cocoa if you don't want chocolate! 😊
