Berry season 🍓

and so much more!!! 

 

What are some of your favorite things about spring?! 

 

Spring is a time of newness, color, and growth. Spring is a time for refreshment. 

 

What is something you are excited to refresh this season? What is a new rhythm or habit you would like to develop? 

 

Start small and simple! Those habits really add up and make a difference in time! Think about a little seed that transforms into a sequoia!! Those majestic, strong trees still start out as a little seeding! I need that reminder! 🌱🌳

 

Ideas for a new habit to cultivate:

  • Walk outside after dinner 🍃

  • Take up a new hobby - coloring 🎨 pickleball 🏓 crochet 🧶 

  • Read a new enriching book 📚

  • Listen to a new podcast 💬

  • Eat more whole, nutrient-dense foods 🥑

  • Begin a morning gratitude journal 📝

  • Spend time outside with God watching the sunrise or sunset 🌅

  • Get your daily dose of vitamin D for 10-15 minutes ☀️
