My husband Joey is a Patriots fan, and we've enjoyed making this on game day lately to enjoy together while watching football on the weekend!

I recommend keeping the veggie skins on for extra fiber, vitamins, and minerals! You can even add in other veggies too like carrot, beet, and parsnip for more color and nutrient diversity!
