3 Fun Ways to Hydrate This Summer: Tip #2

Hey girl! I hope you are having a great week so far! I'm excited to share another tip with you for staying hydrated this summer! 😎

💧 Tip #2: Pink Coconut Water 🥥🌴 LMNT electrolytes are definitely my daily staple, but here and there, adding in a coconut water can be a nice supplement and way to change it up. I used to not be a fan of the taste of coconut water, but then I was introduced to pink coconut water! 🤩💗 This naturally pink drink is ultra hydrating and also beautiful in color! The antioxidants in this coconut water cause it to naturally turn a light pink color in time. SO COOL, RIGHT?! Coconut water contains several vitamins and minerals, especially potassium! It's also best enjoyed cold in my opinion! I find pink coconut water at Trader Joe's in the refrigerated section, Costco sometimes carries their own brand in the refrigerated section too, and Harmless Harvest is a great brand to look for at your local grocery store as well!
