Hey girl! 

 

I'm here to share a surprise recipe with you today in between the current Back to Basics series posts! 🌼

 

With the seasons changing, I have been craving a new, flavorful creation, and THIS IS IT! It tastes like a mango version of a creamsicle! Rich, sweet vanilla, the freshness of mango, and a beautiful color that looks and tastes like sunshine! I think you are going to love it! ☀️

 

This is also equally nutritious as it is delicious! Protein, carbs, healthy fats, and fiber to stabilize your blood sugar and boost energy levels and the perfect breakfast for on-the-go enjoyment and sustenance! It's filling and satisfying!

I get the coconut milk (pictured below) from Walmart on the international aisle. Then, I get the frozen mango and almond butter from Costco for amazing prices! The vanilla I order from Thrive Market, or Trader Joe's has great organic vanilla too! Lastly, my favorite protein powder is this Be Well by Kelly brand! The ingredients are incredibly simple and nourishing without any additives or preservatives. It's also dairy-free, gluten-free, and paleo-friendly.
