It's Never Too Late for Transformation!

Updated: Jan 10

Hi, friend!

  • How have your energy levels been lately?

  • What has your current stress level been on a scale of 1 to 10?

  • Are you getting quality sleep?

  • What do your meals look like throughout the day?

Amazingly, the answers to these very questions largely impact our genes, predisposition to disease, longevity, and simply our overall quality of life each day. Food and lifestyle truly are medicine.

"You can reverse diabetes, obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol and heart disease.…you can prevent many of these chronic conditions by addressing their root cause: daily habits. About 80% of chronic diseases are driven by lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise.”

—lifestyle medicine specialist, Mladen Golubic, MD, PhD

How incredible is it that God has made it possible for us to largely be able to combat even family health histories or life circumstances that we find ourselves in by changing our daily habits around food, sleep, stress management, and movement?! What a beautiful knowing and opportunity to have!!

Maybe you come from a family who has a history of cancer, obesity, or heart disease? For so long, especially in our American culture, the thought has been that we simply will inherit what our parents or relatives have had and that there isn't much we can do about it. HOWEVER, some truly life-changing news and blessing is that many studies have proven that the lifestyle choices we make each day truly influence our long-term health. We can decrease the likelihood of acquiring diseases.

Don't forget that 80% statistic! We have a choice, and no matter how long we have been eating a certain way, had a specific routine, or perhaps have felt discouraged or confused about where to start, there is hope for change.

I'm here for you. Most importantly, God is here for you to give you the strength, perseverance, and the grace to grow and change.

This is what lights the fire inside of me as a Faith-Based Health + Lifestyle Coach. :)

Big issues require little changes, and little changes will take care of big issues.

If you are at a place where you are ready to focus on this area, eager to see transformation, and excited about personal accountability and support, I want to invite you to check out the Evergreen Method - 1:1 Coaching Experience!

Will it be one day or day one?

Let's do this together, girl!!
