1. Dim the Lights
This will help your body + brain realize it is nighttime and begin winding down for rest.
Diffuse essential oils or enjoy your favorite non-toxic candle for added ambiance.

2. Tech-free Time
Like the last tip about decreasing light, it is tremendously helpful to give our eyes and brains a break from the stimulation of technology, enabling deeper sleep + detoxification.
8 hours of sleep is a good number, but quality is HUGELY important, not just quantity.
